Return Policy

At A BUTTER MOMENT, we take pride in the manufacturing of our hair products and we hope you love your A BUTTER MOMENT products! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to make a return, we accept new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of returns.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or used for hygienic reasons.

For domestic orders (within the U.S.), eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account after we receive the returned item. Refund also can be provided as store credit via a gift code. To get started with a return or exchange, please reach out to our support@abuttermoment.com.

Please note: Custom items are made just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on those products.

 

Damages and issues

If your purchase arrives broken or breaks within 30 days of arrival, we offer a replacement or refund of the purchase price depending on stock availability. Your original shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Lost Packages

A BUTTER MOMENT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the product is shipped to the shipping address provided for the order. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.
